Led the creative direction and design development for my first licensed Disney collection at The Crème Shop, translating the Disney brand into a beauty experience that balanced storytelling, collectibility, and commercial appeal. The project involved developing licensor-facing artwork and packaging concepts, collaborating directly with Disney throughout the approval process, collaborating with our production teams and vendors, and ensuring all creative aligned with both brand standards and retail objectives from concept through execution.
