Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail®. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production time, following USPS an additional 1-2 weeks to transit your order. You will receive an email from us immediately when your order ships.

At the moment, we do not offer worldwide shipping. We plan on expanding soon! Thank you for your patience and support.

It is rare but unavoidable that the occasional order is damaged in the shipping process. In that case, we will immediately send you a replacement order! No additional charges. Contact us via email at katpham441@gmail.com or the shop's contact form and include the name used in the order, order number, and a picture and/or video of the damaged item(s) for a replacement or a refund! This is valid within 30 days of your order being shipped.


Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct shipping information before placing an order.

All items are shipped from Long Beach, CA. Orders are processed as soon as possible, but please note that during the busiest periods (e.g. around the holiday season) it may take up to 10 days for us to get to your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding!


If you would like to return your order and it has not been shipped yet, contact us and we'll refund you in full. Refunds can only be issued on the same card or PayPal account that was used when making the order. If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to ship it back to us at your expense and we'll refund you once we receive it and confirm the items haven't been used or damaged. Please always contact us first before returning an item. This is valid within 30 days of your order being shipped.

Note: Bundles are excluded from our return policy and are non-refundable after purchased. Thank you!


  • 100% refund if commission has not been started. 10% refund if sketch has been completed but not continued.

  • Rush fees may apply.

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission request if I am not comfortable with the subject matter.

  • All prices are in USD.

  • 50% deposit will be required before I start working on your commission

  • Do not use, claim, or reproduce my work for profit unless I have approved the intended purpose.

  • Commissions for commercial purposes will incur a fee.

  • Extra charges may be applied depending on the complexity of the request.
